About the role

Our own go-to-market runs on a team of AI agents. Today they source and enrich pipeline, research accounts, personalize outreach at scale, and keep our CRM clean. We're hiring a GTM Engineer to own that fleet: the person who runs, extends, and scales the AI agents that execute our entire go-to-market infrastructure. It's a hybrid of revenue operations, marketing, and engineering, where the agents do the manual work and you engineer the system that compounds it.

What you'll do

  • Own the fleet of AI agents that runs our outbound end to end: sourcing, waterfall enrichment, verification, deliverability, sequencing, and personalization at scale.
  • Extend and tune those agents so they research accounts, qualify them, and draft outreach that gets sharper every quarter.
  • Keep the data layer they depend on pristine: CRM architecture and integrity across HubSpot or Salesforce, deduplication, lifecycle stages, and signal-based triggers like funding rounds and job changes.
  • Build the lead scoring and pipeline analytics that tell the agents, and us, what actually creates revenue.

What we're looking for

  • Hands-on experience running GTM systems with tools like Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, and modern outbound sequencers.
  • Comfort with the engineering underneath: APIs, SQL, Python, and automation platforms (Make, Zapier, or n8n).
  • Experience building and operating LLM-powered agents (GPT/Claude) for research and personalization, not just one-off prompts.
  • A systems builder who would rather run a fleet of agents than work plays by hand.
  • Bonus: a B2B sales background, or experience selling into financial services or private markets.
