Max has spent his career architecting the software and data infrastructure investors rely on every day. He has led engineering and product development for platforms used by hundreds of investors, turning complex requirements into fit-for-purpose solutions. That technical depth, paired with close collaboration with end users, shapes how he approaches every engagement.

Kevin has spent more than two decades helping investors decide where and how work gets done. He has run the global data and services team that firms rely on, and advises on how teams are reshored, rebalanced, and upskilled as firms roll out AI agents. His strength is judgment under uncertainty: knowing which shifts to make now, which to stage, and which to leave alone.
