About the role
Private market firms run on a stack of specialized systems: valuation, portfolio monitoring, deal and relationship management, fund accounting, and the data platforms that connect them. Working alongside our technology partners, we lead the engagements that implement, integrate, and AI-enable that stack for investors. We're hiring a Senior Systems Implementation Lead to own those engagements end to end, from the target operating model through go-live and the AI agents that run on top.
What you'll do
- Own systems engagements end to end: scope the target operating model, then run implementation and integration across valuation, portfolio monitoring, deal and relationship management, and fund accounting through to go-live.
- Design how the platforms connect, mapping data flows across the stack and into the firm's data warehouse so reporting and analytics work front to back.
- Lead the client relationship and the delivery team on each engagement, owning scope, timeline, and the senior stakeholders on both sides.
What we're looking for
- A track record leading technology implementation engagements in private markets (private equity, private credit, real assets, or venture) across the core systems investors run on.
- Hands-on experience with several of the core private-markets platforms, and a working knowledge of how they integrate: deal and relationship management (DealCloud, Affinity, Salesforce), portfolio monitoring and valuation (Chronograph, iLevel, 73 Strings), and fund accounting (LemonEdge, Investran, eFront).
- Strong engagement leadership: scoping, project management, and steering senior client stakeholders through multi-workstream delivery.
- Fluency with data modeling and integration, including pipelines into a cloud warehouse such as Snowflake or Databricks, with enough technical depth to direct engineers and reason about APIs and pipelines.
- Comfort with the travel these client engagements require.
